By Michael Buckley
This fantasy, mystery book written by Michael Buckley has it all. When two normal girls, Sabrina, and Daphne Grimm’s parents disappear they are sent to live with their grandmother, who was supposed to be dead. When their grandmother tells them that fairy tales are real and that magic exists, including a magical barrier, they think she’s crazy. But when Sabrina, Daphne, and Puck have to save their grandmother from a giant, they don’t think so any more. Will they be able to save their grandmother?
This breathtaking book is amazing. It keeps you on your toes, and it’s really hard to stop once you begin. If you’re looking for humor you will like Daphne, who never stops eating. She might be only seven, but she’s never full. It feels like you’re in the book, and once it even made me so excited that I jumped up and down. If you like adventure and fantasy then this is the book for you.
